Image description

Seven rings of golden threads join at a plaque, upon which can be seen a winged sun-disc and the cartouches of the king. The goddess Mut sits to one side, while Amun sits to the other. Golden chains fall from the plaque, taking the form of lotus flowers. This necklace was originally found on the mummy of Psusennes I. Reign of Psusennes I (1045-994 BC)
