Three-quarter length portrait of a young man, standing, against a landscape background, wearing a powdered wig and a red full-bottomed jacket. His right hand is held out towards the right side and he holds a black hat under his left arm (inventory card). Sir Henry (1708-1748) had already been painted as a boy (CAL/P/95, staircase).
