David Arsenault is a fine artist who lived virtually all his life in New York. The Wall Street Journal was quoted as saying that "Some of Mr. Arsenault's paintings could pass for works by Edward Hopper—just at a thousandth of the price." He studied graphic design at Sage College and painting at the University at Albany, both in New York.
