The Italian victory in the Mediterranean. Our torpedo bombers attack the battleship Nelson, hitting it in the bow with a torpedo, and seriously damage two other warships that accompanied it. The great airship clash - which lasted from 13 to 22 on September 27 - had other shining episodes. The Italian torpedo bombers, in various squadrons, hurled themselves with cold daring and superb precision of momentum against the English naval formation that had come out of Gibraltar.
