Moeritherium - Moeritherium is a prehistoric mammal connected to the elephant and, further away, to the manatee and dugong. He lived in Eocene 35 million years ago. The Moeritherium were animals similar to the pig, and resembling tapirs. They were smaller than modern elephants, with only 70 centimetres at withers and about 3 m long.
