Thomas Jenkins (c.1793-1868) a local fossil collector and dealer based in Leckhampton road, Cheltenham in the mid 19th century. Sold fossils to The Cheltenham Literary and Philosophical Institution Museum from at least 1851, where he was also employed to clean fossils and arrange them for display
