The magazine is dedicated to the fictional detective Ellery Queen, the “narrator” pseudonym of the authors/cousins Frederick Dannay and Manfred B. Lee. In this issue of the magazine: Hildegarde Withers guest at “You Bet Your Life”, the show hosted by Groucho Marx; stories by John D. MacDonald, W. Campbell Gaul, John Steinbeck.
