From left to right: Arthur Wellesley, 1st Duke of Wellington (1769–1852), holding a scimitar; Robert Banks Jenkinson, 2nd Earl of Liverpool, (1770–1828); John Scott, 1st Earl of Eldon (1751–1838); Robert Gifford, 1st Baron Gifford (1779–1826); Henry Addington, 1st Viscount Sidmouth (1757-1844); Robert Stewart, Viscount Castlereagh and 2nd Marquess of Londonderry (1769-1822); and Dudley Ryder, 1st Earl of Harrowby (1762-1847), standing behind with hands on heads.
