Portable Triptych of Saint Nicholas (Main title) Anonymous; Greece, School of (Greek School) Depiction of Saint Nicholas, seated, on the central panel. On either side, inside the shutters, two holy riders: on the left, Saint Theodore, and on the right, Saint George. On the outside of the shutters: Saint Charalampe on the left, and Saint John the Evangelist on the right. Inscription - On the central panel in Greek: "IS XS MR TH.U.O.HAGHIOS NIKOLAOS"; on the left flap: "O HAGHIOS THEODOROS"; on the right flap: "O HAGIOS GHEORGHIOS"; on the reverse of the left flap: "O HAGHIOS; HARALAMPOS"; on the reverse of the right flap: "O HAGHIOS IO".
