Her long dark hair falls over her right shoulder and on to the top of her left arm, She is wearing a white satin dress with a blue cloak which falls over her right knee, she has on a pearl necklace and a rope of pearls and grey satin bows around her breast. Dark red damask drape behind on the left and on the right a large garden urn and above it a distant view of trees and sky. There are a number of versions of this portrait, including one at Hinchingbroke, c.1664. Sudbury Hall, Derbyshire
