Image description

Small folding stool, made of pale wood, either beech or rubberwood, with plastic hinges and white metal alloy pins. The seat is circular and flat with a planed chamfered edge and a single circular hole to one side. The hole serves both as a carry hole and allows it to be stored, hung flat against a wall when not in use. The stool has two legs each of which are hinged to the seat and form a cross when the stool is erected. One of the legs is wider than the other. One of the legs has a groove along the outer edge which interlocks with the metal pins on the inside of the outer leg, allowing the legs to slide closed and sit flat when the stool is folded (like an ironing board's legs). There is a circular paper maker's label applied to the underside of the seat.
