Creator: William Lionel Wyllie HMS 'Comus' picking up survivors from the German auxiliary cruiser 'Greif', on 29 February 1916, north of the Shetland Isles. The sinking ship on the left is the 'Greif', which was sunk by the 'Comus',after being crippled by gunfire from the armed merchant cruisers 'Andes' and 'Alcantara'.
