Saint Sebastian is deposed in a marble sepolchrum by two characters dressed with sky blue garments, while two veiled women bent over him wrying; religious men and female figures wearing white veils, on the left, attend to the scene; on the golden background stand out the sections of two edifices, with green arches within and absis decorated so to reproduce the sky full of stars; the painting belongs to the series of eight tables which were thought to decorate an altarpiece or a box of remains at the beginning.
