Vellum; ff. 118. Written in France in the first half of the XVth cent. With nine large miniatures and others of small size, and initial letters and borders in profusion; executed generally in the best manner by French artists, Italian influence being strongly marked in some of the miniatures. Belonged to Anthoine Gastellier, Procureur au bailliage de Thoucy, late in the 16th century, and to C. Lerjault, medecin, in 1702; and purchased by Owen Smythe Owen, of Condover Park, co.
