Töpen, Bavaria, Germany The village of Moedlareuth along the Tannbach was annexed to various dominions starting the 16th century. After the last World War, with the laying of the border between the American and Soviet sectors it was divided, the eastern part in Thuringia became part of the Soviet occupation zone. After the erection of border installations a wall separated the place until 1989. In the picture the wall and a place sign of Moedlareuth.
