In Ismallia, British Military base in the Canal Zone, and in Cairo, the situation is tense. It follows the kidnapping by Egyptians last Friday of a British airmen. The British gave the Egyptian government until 9. a.m. today to return him. And, as at that time the British received troops went into action. British paratroopers of the 16th. Airborne Division clamped down stringent traffic controls in Ismailai. Roadblocks were manned and heavy machine guns were set up. All Egypans attempting to leave ot enter the town were closely screened
