Accompanied by report no. 12617808 dated 18 March 2014 from the GIA Gemological Institute of America stating that the diamond is Fancy Vivid Blue-Green colour, SI1 clarity, a letter stating that the Ocean Dream is the largest Fancy Vivid Blue-Green diamond graded by the GIA to date and an Appendix indicating that 'The diamond showed diagnostic properties that indicated that the origin of the color is natural. The combination of its size, natural origin, hue, and saturated color makes it an extremely unusual occurence.'
