The Universal Exhibition in Brussels. On April 17, this impressive picture of all the manifestations of contemporary activity will be inaugurated. More than fifty nations participate in it. Walter Molino presents two of the most impressive constructions, in the foreground the Atomium (of which we already published a project last year), a gigantic metal construction that enhances the prodigious strength of the atomic energy, and in the background the Palace of Civil Engineering ending with a very daring concrete arrow, eighty meters long, from which the footbridge for visitors is suspended.
