United Nations weapons inspectors load their luggage and equipment into a hotel bus lorry November 21 as some 74 UNSCOM inspectors of weapons of mass destruction leave their hotel in order to return to Baghdad to resume their work. Iraq announced yesterday that the inspectors, including all the American that were expelled last week, are able to "unconditionally" return under a deal worked out by the United Nations' Security Council members in Geneva. The inspectors, who were under orders not to speak with reporters in Bahrain as they departed, are due to resume their work in Iraq tomorrow. IRAQ UN
