The bodyguard of Fijian Prime Minster Laseini Qarase is reflected in his car window as Qarase climbs into the vehicle in Suva February 15, 2002 just hours before judges in Suva's court handed down a unanimous ruling that the deposed Prime Minister Mahendra Chaudhry's Indian-led Fiji Labour Party deserves a role in the government's all-indigenous cabinet. Chaudhry was ousted at gun point 21 months ago in a coup and failed to win a majority in a general election in September last year, won by Qarase.
