Image description

Ser. [i.e. V. Borghini, P. F. Cambi, and S. Antinori]. With manuscript notes consisting of the passages omitted by order of the Inquisition. At the end is a manuscript tract entitled "L'Esculapio del Boccaccio, overo il decamerone risanato, da M. Dotto" containing such omitted passages as were too long to be inserted in the margin, probably in Dotto's own handwriting, and Boccacio's “Testamento” in manuscript.
