Der Donaustrudel bei Grein. Ansicht aus dem Jahre 1531 oberhalb des Strudels gezeichnet. Links das schon als Ruine erscheinende Schloss Werfenstein, in der Mitte die Insel Wörth, dazwischen die gefährliche Stromschnelle, rechts von der Insel der zweite Donauarm, der sogenannte Hessgang.
