Oslo 19801204 Daniel Ellsberg, a leading person in the American opposition to the Vietnam War, visits Norway. He stole and announced reports from the Pentagon, that the United States had almost half a million soldiers in Vietnam battle and was heading for a loss figure of more than 50000 young, died American soldiers. The US authorities had systematically kept the truth about the Vietnam War hidden from the people.
