A half-length portrait of a woman, turned to the left, gazing at the spectator, tying up roses from a basket on a ledge in front of her with a yellow ribbon, she has blonde hair tightly curled and with ringlets falling onto her shoulders, she is wearing a red dress with billowing white sleeves of her chemise, she has some olive leaves ? tucked into her breast, above a rich jewel.
