Employees of the Thai Military Bank count banknotes at the Word Trade Center in Bangkok January 11. Thousands of Thais rallied in the capital and swapped foreign currency for Thai baht as part of a campaign to help alleviate the country's crippling economic crisis. A crowd of about 10,000 Thais marched through the city before changing millions of dollars worth of foreign notes into the local currency. The rally, organised as part of a "Thais Help Thais" campaign, collected contributions to help ease Thailand's foreign debt burden and support the rapidly weakening baht.
