Helmut Canzler from the Clinical Physiological Department of the Max Planck Institute for Nutritional Physiology in Dortmund published a study on nutritional physiological bread comparisons. The picture shows one of the test subjects lying on a bed - the subjects were also provided apartments in which they lived during the test series.
