U.N. senior representatives for Human Rights in Cambodia Thomas Hammarberg (L) and David Hawk lay a wreath in front of the National Assembly in Phnom Penh June 17, on the site of the March 30 grenade attack on an opposition demonstration. Up to nineteen people were killed and more than one hundred and fifty injured in the attack. Hammarberg said he met the two Cambodian co-premiers who would likely ask an international tribunal to bring Khmer Rouge leader Pol Pot and others responsible for the "killing fields" to justice.
