Tue. 10, 1953 - 10.3.53 Russian Mig Jet in Copenhagen - Under the greatest secrecy, the Russian built MIG 15 jet fighter, which was landed by a Polish pilot in the Danish island of Bornholm, recently, was yesterday transported to Copenhagen, under a Danish Marine and Air Force guard. The MIG was covered with a canvas sheet and taken to an unknown destination. Poland has been told that some time must elapse before the release of the jet fighter, as the circumstances of the mysterious forced landing and of the Polish pilot have to be carefully examined. Keystone Photo Shows: The MIG 15 jet fighter, covered in a canvas sheet, being taken through Copenhagen on its way to a secret destination. The shape of the characteristic tail plane is seen.
