King Louis XIV and his family disguises in mythological figures The king, on the right, sitting on a throne, is dressed in Apollo. At the bottom right, Queen Mary Therese of Austria is dressed in Juno. In the center of the painting, Queen Mother Anne of Austria, as Cybele. On the left the brother of King Philip Duke of Orleans (1640-1701), called Monsieur in the morning star. He is surrounded by his wife Henriette of England in a nymph, his daughter Marie Louise d'Orleans under the figure of Zephyr, and his mother-in-law Henriette Marie of France (Queen of England) on the extreme left in Amphithrite.
