RENUAKA WIJESEKERA, WHOSE HUSBAND IS MISSING IN ACTION IN SRILANKA'S ETHNIC WAR, ATTENDS A MEETING IN COLOMBO.      Twenty-seven year-old Renuka Wijesekera, whose husband has been missing in action for more than a year in Sri Lanka's long ethnic war, holds back tears as she attends an emotionally-charged meeting of the Association of the Relatives of Servicemen Missing in Action in the Sri Lanklan capital of Colombo April 2. The association decided to march to areas held by Tamil Tiger rebels to secure the release of their relatives if the goverment did not take immediate steps to do so.
