Oslo 19501012 Debate in NRK on the publisher of emergency preparedness laws presented by the Storting in August of the same year. The emergency laws are a common term for five laws that were sanctioned December 15. 1950. The laws are immediately applied in war, but can also be initiated by the government "when war threatens" or "the kingdom's independence or security is at risk". The Government's right to take over the Storting's functions in war, possibility of censorship, and a tightening of the treacherous law.
