Liguria concentrates in itself the basic problems of the entire Italian society: those of industry, agriculture, urban planning; the need for an overall planning that promotes a general development in the interest of all citizens and the popular classes in particular, who in recent decades have been sacrificed and subordinated to the interests of the great monopolies.
