Video description

TILT up, interior, view from the Nave toward the East Window and the Choir ceiling. The Victorian (1837-1901) stained glass window depicts 56 events in the life of Jesus. The window was restored after being partly destroyed during the air raids of 1942. The fan vaulting above the choir is the original designed by the Vertue brothers in the early 16th century. In the spandrels, the spaces between the fans, are armorial carvings that have been restored and repainted.
