A resource dog (colour litho)

Image description: A resourceful dog. In the woods of Cambiardo, Val di Susa, the woodcutter Bartolomeo Scarpia was attacked by a large snake over two meters long that clutched around his neck; he was about to suffocate when he intervened his dog Falk who, having ventured on the reptile, forced him with bites and paws to leave the prey and then chased him through the ravines and finally managed to kill him.
