Ethnic Albanian leader Hashim Thaqi (L) and KFOR commander German General Klaus Reinhardt (R) talk to the media at a news conference in the Kosovo town of Gnjilane March 10. International peacekeepers in Kosovo (KFOR), will tighten security in boundary areas to prevent unrest in Serbia from spilling into this Yugoslav province.
