Cavellini was a wealthy Italian art collector who invented the art of 'autostoricizzazione' or self-historification. He staged live events, used advertising strategies, inserted fiction into real events, and devised publicity stunts. u201cGuglielmo Achille Cavellini, 1914-2014u201d was an imaginary exhibition created to celebrate his centennial. He created stickers for this event, which he would affix in public places, and that he distributed through the mail art network.
